Lataliana Villas Seminyak

There are two aspects to Lataliana Villas Seminyak, Lataliana I and Lataliana II. One comprises four, single storey buildings with five beautiful bedrooms and the other has two buildings and is a two bedroom villa for those wanting their own privacy. These poolside villas are an oasis, far from the maddening crowds. With spectacular trees, ponds, tropical garden, terraces and covered walkways, the Joglo architecture mixes with modern contemporary design to offer sophistication and charm. This place is one you will not want to miss out staying with family or friends.

The bedrooms in Lataliana I are air-conditioned and have their own TV and DVD player to relax and enjoy the latest movie release. Four bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds, (two can be converted to twin) and one room has a queen sized bed. The master bedrooms have a romantic touch with mosquito nets that drape from the four-poster beds.

The en-suite bathrooms in private courtyards are open to the outside. Each is spacious and has double vanities, bathtubs and rain showers. Lataliana II has a master bedroom that opens up to the swimming pool. Like its counterpart it has all the modern conveniences. The other bedroom, known as the Lumbung room, has two levels that can accommodate up to six people. The en-suite here is slightly smaller with single vanity, toilet and open-aired rain shower.

The living area in Lataliana I is stunning with chandelier, a baby grand piano, daybeds and sofa it can easily accommodate ten people. The room allows the outside in, with glass doors that can be fully opened up. Connecting to the living area is the air-conditioned TV room, with comfortable sofas with chaise longue. A surround sound system, TV and DVD will ensure you enjoy the latest movie in both quality and comfort. The dining pavilion overseas the pool and is open on three sides.

A beautiful wooden table seats 16 and is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Lataliana II also has its own living and dining areas. The dining table seats 8 and has a kitchenette adjacent. Like Lataliana I, the living area has comfortable seating and a wonderful multimedia system. With chefs to cook meals and friendly staff on hand to help with all the household chores, your holiday in paradise will be perfect.
